Slid launches — then the company
In April 2020 we shipped Slid, a note-taking app that captures video lectures and lets AI organize the notes. It became a must-have for online learners during COVID, and we incorporated on August 27, 2020.

Seed round and TIPS selection
Raised seed funding from Mashup Angels and D.CAMP, and was selected for the Korean government's TIPS program. Slid launched on Product Hunt and started finding users abroad.

₩2.5B pre-Series A
Raised a ₩2.5B pre-Series A from Magna Investment, BluePoint Partners, and Dt& Investment. Slid passed 77,000 cumulative downloads (32,000 overseas) and was named to HolonIQ's East Asia EdTech 150 — the only company in the Study Notes category.

Turned Slid into a paid product used by 80,000 people worldwide, and shipped Summery (YouTube AI summaries), AI dubbing & localization, and more — crossing 250,000 cumulative users and $1M in cumulative revenue over five years.

All-in on stablecoins & RWA
Convinced the next decade of finance moves on-chain, we redirected the whole company to stablecoin-based investing. Three months in, we joined Protocol Camp Cohort 9, run by Hashed and Shardlab.

SEABW 2026 Hackathon — Winner
Won first place out of 92 teams at the SEABW 2026 AI hackathon in Bangkok. The winning project, RWANDA, is an AI that analyzes RWA audit reports, grades token trustworthiness, and warns of de-pegging risk early — proof the AI muscle transfers on-chain.
